Abingdon-Avon Middle School

The Pennies for Patients project sponsored by the A-Town Interact Club collected $1000 to be sent to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Beside placing collection boxes in all the classrooms, the club held 50/50 raffles at the girls basketball games, had a half-court shoot-out at half times and passed an A-Town quilt for people to toss money into. Spearheading this project were as pictures Addisyn Anderson, Aaron Anderson and Ella Tucker.
