AES Parents:
The last day of school for A-Town students is May 20th. Teachers will finish with remote learning this Friday, May 15th. We appreciate everything you have done at home to help your child(ren) with continued instruction and know it has been a challenge. Report cards will not be sent home for the 3rd trimester.
On Monday, May 18th and Tuesday May 19th, AES will be open for the drop-off of Ipads/chargers and the pick-up of student belongings. Teachers have bagged all of your student's belongings from their locker and classroom, so you will just need to drop off materials you have and pick-up their bag. If you have students in multiple grade levels, you may pick-up/drop-off all materials at one time. If you would prefer for us to keep your student's belongings and move them to their next classroom, please contact the school and we will do so. To allow for social distancing, please observe the scheduled pick-up times in the chart below. If you are unable to come to the school during the designated time, please call (309) 465-3851 and we will schedule another time that works.
