Homecoming week is September 23-28. The weeks schedule is out and there are plenty of activities planned. On Monday the Iron Man volleyball match will take place at 6:30 pm in the high school gymnasium. The soccer team will play a home game on Wednesday at 4 pm at Avon against Illini Bluffs. Also on Wednesday the Powder Puff football game will begin at 6:30 pm at the high school. On Thursday the volleyball team has a home game against West Prairie at 5 pm. On Friday the Homecoming Parade will begin at 2 pm starting from the high school and the football game will take place at 7 pm. The Homecoming Dance is Saturday night at the High School starting at 7 pm.
Each day during Homecoming week is a different dress -up day at the high school. Monday is PJ day, Tuesday is Dynamic Duo Day. Wednesday is College or Career Day, Thursday is Class Colors and Friday is Spirit Day. Also, throughout the week there will be a canned food drive with a school bus parked in front of the school.
