Parents/Guardians - Please take a few minutes to take the Illinois 5 Essentials Survey for the Abingdon-Avon School District. This survey gives our district important information about experiences in school, giving school leaders critical input to help develop school improvement plans. Your student has already taken part in this survey. We would like your input as well! All survey results are completely confidential!
To take the parent survey please visit https://survey.5-essentials.org/Illinois/ and select the appropriate survey to begin. If asked to designate the county your district is located in, please choose Knox County (even if your student attends the Avon Campus).
Thank you for your participation!!
