Autism Awareness Week Next Week!


ONLY at HGS -There will be NO SCHOOL for our current HGS Kindergartners on April 17th due to registration and screenings.


A-TOWN Incoming Kindergarten Registration/Screenings will take place on April 16th and 17th. Please make sure to sign up for a time slot to get your incoming Kindergartener registered and screened for school. Science Night will be on April 24th! 3rd, 4th, and 5th will be showcasing their Science Fair Projects. We have community members coming in to judge their projects. The Putnam Museum is partnering with us on Engineering, Circuits and Earthquake activities for families. This event will be from 5:30-7:00! We can't wait to see everyone!


The Scholastic Book Fair is coming NEXT WEEK! Students will be able to purchase books and other goodies before school, during lunch and after school. On Wednesday the 17th the Book Fair will be open until 6:00pm for families.

Freshman Orientation - April 24th @ 6pm


AAMS students Collin Jennings, Josie Featherlin, Maci Brooks, and Branson Thomas attended a livestock judging competition with their teacher, Colby Trone at WIU today. The team was Reserve Champion out of 15 schools. Maci Brooks was high scorer with over 40 students in her division. Congratulations to the team on a great showing at our first competition! Congratulations to Maci for being the overall high score!
