Just a reminder - Spring Break is coming up!
Atown 276 will be dismissing 1:00 today due to high winds and anticipated severe weather conditions. All evening events and practices will be canceled.
Yearbook order forms for AAMS are due FRIDAY! $20 cash or check (made out to AAMS). Have your student bring money to the main office. Yearbooks cannot be guaranteed without a preorder.

Congrats to the following students on auditioning and being selected to participate in WIU’s Jr Honor Chorus: Mirrah Cardona, Justin Lannholm, Lucas Paschal, Trinity Frymire, and Claire Joyslin.
Our 8th-grade students attended the Welcome To The Real World simulation from the University of Illinois Extension today at Carl Sandburg! Participants chose a career, received a monthly paycheck, paid taxes, and had bills that an adult would typically have. This was a great opportunity for career exploration, decision-making, and money management for young adults. Thank you to everyone who was able to make this opportunity possible!

The Little Mermaid Jr opens tonight at 7! Tickets are $5 for students and $10 for adults. If you can’t catch it tonight, there are shows Saturday at 7 and Sunday at 2. We hope you’ll join us “Under the Sea” 🎶
Today the District Governor, District Governor Elect Nominate, and Larry Dwyer, an Abingdon Rotary member came and spoke with the AAMS Interact Club about Rotary and their duties. We thank them for coming and encouraging our young leaders.
