Friday's are always used as MakerTime in Room 30! Students get to learn how to use different technology in the room, they normally don't get to use through out the week. Today the VR headsets were a huge hit! Even Mr. Weedman got into the action!

Here's a look inside Mr. Fosters math class. On Fridays in Algebra 1 and Geometry work on group projects that focus on problem solving. The first two pictures have students who built a car powered by rubber bands. Students tried many different designs before finding one that would travel 10 feet. The second two pictures have students beginning their design and build of a roof that does not leak in a simulated rainstorm using simple materials in the classroom (craft sticks, water bottles, construction paper).
