Fifth-grade science and social studies classes are studying natural disasters. As part of their experience, students worked in groups to research types of volcanoes, choose one for a project, sketch out their plan, then build a volcano. Pictured is their progress so far. Be sure to come see your fifth-graders project during parent-teacher conferences.
