The A-Town Music Boosters will be having their annual Christmas ornament fundraiser. This consists of us taking a picture of your child the night of their program and making an ornament that will be distributed to you before we go on Christmas break. We will begin photographing students before each concert in their homerooms at AAHS.
Ornaments will be ready before Christmas break and sent home with the students. These make a wonderful souvenir for your tree or as a gift to family and friends. If paying by check, please make it payable to Abingdon-Avon Music Boosters. You may return this order form with payment to the student's music teacher or bring it with you on the night of their performance.

Hedding Grade School will be having their second and third grade music program on Thursday December 15th. The program will start at 6:00 pm in the Abingdon-Avon High school auditorium. Students should arrive at 5:45. Any Students that will be taking pictures for Music Booster Ornaments can come as early as 5:15. We can not wait to share our music with you. We hope to see you all there.

We currently have a 1:1 special education paraprofessional position and a special education paraprofessional position open. Requirements to obtain a paraprofessional certificate are 60 hours or more of college credit or a high school diploma and passing the paraprofessional assessment which can be scheduled and taken at ROE #33 in Monmouth. Our PBIS program lets students enjoy programs like magic shows, plus students earn T-Bucks for good behavior and then are able to shop at the T-Buck store and buy VIP lunch. Please help raise money for our program with our easy fundraiser that is coming home today, Monday, November 21! Collect signatures for $1.00 each over the Thanksgiving break and turn in what you collected when we return to school, Monday, November 28.

Parents may schedule a time for a parent/teacher conference either on November 16 or 17 between 4:30 pm and 7:30 pm through Skyward Family Access.
* To schedule a K-2 conference, parents should use Skyward Family Access to schedule a time through ELA.
* For grades 3 and 4, parents should schedule a conference in the course with their child's homeroom teacher.
* For grade 5, parents should schedule a time with their child's ELA teacher only and Mrs. Graf and Mrs. Gregory will join them.
* Parents may sign up for a time to meet with a Specials' teacher through the class their child attends.
*For Special Education students, parents may sign up for a time if their child receives a grade from that teacher. For students who receive supplemental services , parents can call the school or email the teacher to request a time.
